BioThis is Speedy from the cartoon show Teen Titans. He's a member of Titans East, which included Aqualad, Mas y Menos, and Bumblebee, the leader.
Speedy's been described as a clone of Robin, but I think he's got a chip on his shoulder in a different way. Robin's more afraid of slipping into the dark. We haven't seen much of Speedy to really get much about his character, but I think he's less concerned with the darkness. He cares about his hair a lot.
